Do you have enough courage to pass it on?
Originally SpreadCourage.com was a social experiment utilizing jewelry as a tool to inspire people to be more Courageous in their everyday lives. 50 bracelets were sent out in the world with a lion charm and a challenge to find your courage and then pass it on to someone else. The word "Courage" means a great many things. Courage could be depicted as the opposite of fear or a synonym for bravery. Brene Brown concluded that the definition of courage is to "tell the story of who you are with your whole heart." The story we tell is defined by our actions. Every change or step forward in life, every positive choice is an act of courage. Embrace courage and attempt to conquer the things that are most terrifying.
Spread Courage Project is my small attempt to pay it forward and improve the lives of friends and strangers . I created these bracelets in hopes they would go out into the world and encourage people to live life to the fullest. ""All you need is 20 seconds of insane courage, and I promise you, something great will come of it."
